Can I request changes after ordering?
Small changes may be possible if production hasn’t started yet. Once an item is in production, changes may not be possible, so please double‑check all details before approving your design.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because most items are personalised, returns are not usually accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll make it right.
