Our store is hosted on WIX.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on items. This is due to design and creating times. Please allow up to 14 days for items to be dispatched. Pure Joy cannot be response for delivery times once items have been despatched. Please consider busy Christmas postal delays and Royal Mail strikes when ordering.

In compliance with EU GDPR I collect, use, and share information when you purchase from me. I will also use this information when you contact me.
Information I Collect
To complete your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

RETURN POLICY
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery.
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept refunds for:
Custom or personalised orders,
Digital downloads,
Conditions of return,
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
